Securatek Solutions is on a fast track to becoming one of Northern Ireland's most respected fire and security installers. Before we launched our company we spent a considerable amount of time on market research and one conclusion we came to was that security in the UK and Ireland is a cut throat business.
We knew we had to offer something different to make ourselves stand out from the rest. Then we researched our potential competitors. We were surprised to find that this varied from multi million pound companies to one man in van operations. Although the type of clientele sought after from the companies on one end of this scale to the other are different the weaknesses are clear. The bigger companies seem to lack personal touch and are often uninterested in smaller less profitable works while the smaller companies simply don't have the infrastructure or the resources to take on larger projects.
We needed to make our competitors weaknesses our strong points and are proud to say that we have done it well.
